Bernadette Hoy
was admitted as a Solicitor in 1993. Bernadette has considerable experience in general practice and is an accredited member of Resolution (formerly known as the Solicitors Family Law Association).
She is also a member of the Law Society’s Family Panel and

Julia Newland was admitted as a
solicitor in 2001, additionally gaining her Higher Rights of
Audience in 2002 to practice as a Solicitor Advocate. She is
also a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and
is working towards her STEPS accreditation (Society of Truest
& Estate Practitioners). Julia specialises in Wills, Probate
